1BC55 Member Eligibility

To register and use the BC55 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years old as of the date of registration. BC55 does not permit any individual under the legal age to register, access, or use our services under any circumstances.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not on any list of individuals prohibited by BC55 or any relevant enforcement authority.
• You are not accessing the BC55 platform from a region or country that explicitly prohibits online gambling activities.
• You are not suffering from an active gambling addiction. If you have concerns about your gambling habits, BC55 encourages you to reach out to our support team for assistance through our Responsible Gaming us.

2BC55 Account Registration

Each BC55 member is only permitted to hold one (1) account only. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

• All information you provide during registration must be truthful, accurate, and current. This includes your full name, Malaysian mobile number, date of birth, and any other details requested.
• You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date should any changes occur. Contact BC55 support for assistance with updating your details.
• BC55 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC – Know Your Customer) at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals. Required documents may include a copy of a valid national ID (MyKad) or passport.
• Every account must be registered using a valid, active Malaysian mobile number. Each mobile number may only be linked to one BC55 account.
• A BC55 account is for personal use only. You are not permitted to transfer, sell, or share your account with any other party.

3Deposits & Withdrawals

BC55 offers several deposit and withdrawal methods suited to Malaysian players. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

• Accepted Deposit Methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other supported Malaysian banks), Boost, and ShopeePay. The minimum deposit is RM30 per transaction.
• Withdrawal Methods: Withdrawals are processed to your Malaysian bank account (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong Bank, AmBank and others) or to a supported e-wallet. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes during normal business hours. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or when KYC verification is required.
• All withdrawals must be made to an account or e-wallet registered under the same name as your BC55 account. BC55 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• BC55 reserves the right to hold or suspend any withdrawal suspected to involve fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms, pending the outcome of an investigation.
• No additional fees are charged for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment service provider may apply their own charges — please check directly with your provider.

4Bonuses, Promotions & Rewards

BC55 offers a wide range of exciting bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the following terms:

• Each bonus or promotion carries its own wagering requirement that must be met before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each promotion is clearly stated on its respective promotion page.
• The welcome bonus is exclusively available to new BC55 members who have not previously registered. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus more than once using different accounts is a serious breach of these Terms.
• BC55 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of abuse.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or redeemed for cash directly without first meeting the specified wagering requirements.
• BC55 reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from them if it is found that bonus terms have been breached or fraudulent activity is detected.
• Malaysia festive-themed promotions (Hari Raya, Chinese New Year, Deepavali, National Day, and others) carry specific expiry dates as stated in each respective promotion.

5Game Rules at BC55

All games offered on the BC55 platform — including video slots, live casino, fish shooting, e-sports, and more — are subject to the following general rules:

• All game results are final. BC55 uses a Random Number Generator (RNG) system that has been independently audited and certified to ensure every game outcome is truly random and fair.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, BC55 will attempt to restore the game to its last recorded state. If restoration is not possible, the affected wager will be refunded to your account.
• The use of automated software or methods (bots) for gameplay is strictly prohibited on BC55. Any account found to be using such methods will be closed immediately and all remaining balances forfeited.
• Player collusion to manipulate game outcomes (particularly in Live Casino) is a serious violation that may result in legal action.
• BC55 reserves the right to reject or void any wager suspected to involve fraud, exploitation of technical bugs, or breach of game rules.

6BC55 Account Security

Keeping your account secure is a shared responsibility between BC55 and you as a member. The following are your responsibilities in safeguarding your BC55 account:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your BC55 account password. Do not share your password with anyone, including family members.
• Use a strong, unique password for your BC55 account — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols is recommended.

• BC55 will never ask for your password via email, WhatsApp, or any other communication channel. If anyone claiming to be from BC55 requests your password, it is a fraudulent attempt — do not comply.
• BC55 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers. However, the security of your own device remains your responsibility.

7Expected Member Conduct

BC55 is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and enjoyable gaming environment for all members. The following behaviours are strictly prohibited on the BC55 platform:

• The use of abusive language, threats, or bullying behaviour directed at other members or BC55 support staff.
• Any attempt to hack, breach, or disrupt the technical functionality of the BC55 platform.
• Claiming or impersonating BC55 staff, agents, or figures of authority to other members.
• Engaging in any activity that may be classified as money laundering using the BC55 platform as a medium.
• Spreading false or misleading information about BC55 to other parties.
• Exploiting any technical bugs or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any bugs discovered must be reported to BC55 immediately.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of balances, and if necessary, legal action against the responsible party.

8Account Closure & Suspension

BC55 reserves the right to suspend or close any member account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision under these Terms & Conditions.
• Confirmation that the registration information provided is false or inaccurate.
• Activity suspected to involve fraud, money laundering, or system exploitation.
• Requests from the relevant Malaysian authorities.
• BC55's internal business decision to discontinue services to specific users.

You may also request to close your BC55 account at any time by contacting our support team. If a valid balance exists in your account, BC55 will process the withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures once all necessary verifications have been completed.

9BC55 Limitation of Liability

While BC55 always strives to provide a smooth and uninterrupted service, there are certain limitations to our liability that you should be aware of:

• BC55 is not liable for any losses arising from technical disruptions beyond our control, including internet outages, user hardware issues, or third-party failures (such as payment providers).
• BC55 is not liable for any actions or decisions made by members based on information obtained from our platform that may be inaccurate or out of date.
• BC55's total liability to any member in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim in question.
• BC55 makes no guarantees regarding winnings or outcomes in any game. All games carry financial risk, and results are entirely random.

10Amendments to Terms & Governing Law

BC55 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time with reasonable notice to members. Notification may be provided through:

• An email to the address registered to your BC55 account.
• An in-platform notification on BC55 when you log in.
• Announcements on the BC55 homepage or news section.

Your continued use of the BC55 platform after any amendment to the Terms takes effect will be deemed as your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with any changes, you have the right to close your account before those changes come into effect.

These Terms & Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through negotiation between both parties. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be referred to arbitration or the appropriate legal proceedings.
